Train in your own time from home with the pre-recorded classes either as a pack of 3 for €25 or as a bulk buy of 9 classes for just €50.

There is no limit to how many times you follow the classes during this time. You may wish to do a new class daily or one of each.  It´s up to you how you mix and match your classes.
